My family escaped the horror of the earthquake of Turkey to this dirty hotel with nothing but their clothes on. They asked even for higher rate and they didn't offer any help. Very bad service I hope the worse foe their business.

İ loved it breakfast, hot water in the bathroom, nice TV and close to everything Noter, İmmigration, shops, restaurants,money transfer after having a negative experience from a previous hotel

First of all the location has an advantage if you want to go shopping, but so far from the beach. Second of all doesn't have a lot of food types. Third the room isn't clean (found ants and cockroaches), no closet, broken mirror. The bed blanket doesn't keep you warm at all (it's like being under a piece of tissue paper). The air conditioner is so loud. Fourth doesn't have the technology of opening the room with a card, it opens with a key (only one key per room which is so annoying). Five small reception lobby, the lobby itself isn't good, (broken table). I don't recommend this hotel for a family coming on a 7 days holiday at all.

Wi fi is not suitable for zoom and other conference calls. I asked for a 2 out of 34 nights refund because I had to leave to days earlier. Hotel refused. Not my type of business relations.

We stayed at this hotel 5 days. The staff were nice, helpful and firendly. Their breakfast is ok - could be better. The hotel is located close to everything. We will hopefully return to same hotel.
